PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than our payment processing companies, BRAINTREE OR PAY PAL) without your written permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. From time to time we may communicate with you via email. If you are not interested in receiving these offers please feel free to contact us  and we will remove you from our list.

PAYMENTS:

An advanced payment equal to 50% of the base rental rate is required to confirm all reservations.  The advanced payment will be applied towards the room rent. The balance is of rent, along with the cleaning fee and 10% refundable security deposit are due 90 days prior to arrival. If a golf cart is rented directly through us, payment will due along with the advanced deposit.

Should a reservation be made less that 90 days prior to arrival full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit of 10% of the total rental is required.  The security deposit is not applied towards rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided that all provisions outlined in the signed “Rules Contract” (item 7a, 7b, and 7c) are met.

CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent CATCH A WAVE. If the home is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property less $250.00.  We do not make any sort of guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for what was originally paid.  There will be no refund if the home can not be re-rented.
