Medical Services & Emergencies
Hope Town Clinic is open Monday–Friday 9am–1pm ($30 visitor fee). Marsh Harbour has a government-run clinic. In emergencies, patients are airlifted to Nassau or Florida. BASRA and volunteer rescue services are active and available.
Post Office & Banking
The post office is located centrally in Hope Town and is open weekdays 9:00am to 4:00pm. The local bank (First Caribbean International) is open Tuesdays 10am–2pm. No ATM is available, but credit card advances can be processed.
Churches on Elbow Cay
St. James Methodist Church holds Sunday services at 9:30am (family) and 11:00am. Catholic mass takes place in Jarrett Park at 12:00 noon on Sundays.
