Payments & deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.
• Bookings made within 90 days of arrival are paid in full at booking.
• A refundable security deposit is held and returned after checkout, subject to inspection.
• Applicable taxes and a cleaning fee are added to every stay.

Minimum stay

Minimum stays range from 4 to 7 nights depending on the season. See Rates & Availability for current details and live openings.

Cancellations & refunds

All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. Because we hold your dates exclusively for you, we're unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or date changes once your reservation is confirmed.

We completely understand that plans can change, so please double-check your schedule before you book, and we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. A policy with a “Cancel For Any Reason” rider offers the most comprehensive coverage, and is especially worth considering for travel during hurricane season (June–November).

Check-in & check-out

Check-in and check-out times are shared in your booking confirmation. We'll send arrival details, directions from the ferry, and golf-cart guidance before your stay.

House guidelines

• No pets. We love animals, but we're unable to host pets at Catch A Wave. To keep the home in pristine condition and allergy-friendly for every guest, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Thank you for understanding.
• No smoking inside the home.
• The pool is not fenced from within the deck for very young children — please supervise at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (up to 8 by prior arrangement).
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Please treat the home and island with the care you'd give your own.
