Booking & stay policies

Payments & deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.
• Bookings made within 90 days of arrival are paid in full at booking.
• A refundable security deposit is held and returned after checkout, subject to inspection.
• Applicable taxes and a cleaning fee are added to every stay.

Minimum stay

Minimum stays range from 5 to 7 nights depending on the season. See Rates & Availability for current details and live openings.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. We recommend travel insurance, particularly for travel during hurricane season (June–November).

Check-in & check-out

Check-in and check-out times are shared in your booking confirmation. We'll send arrival details, directions from the ferry, and golf-cart guidance before your stay.

House guidelines

• No smoking inside the home.
• The pool is not fenced from within the deck for very young children — please supervise at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (up to 8 by prior arrangement).
• Please treat the home and island with the care you'd give your own.
