Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations of 7 nights or longer qualify for a golf cart rental discount. Credit card and contract signature required from golf cart company at time of delivery. Any charges for damages and/or misconduct will be the total responsibility of the renter.

All canceled bookings are non-refundable.
Please review our Reservation and Rules Contract for more detailed policies and special case considerations.
An advanced payment equal to 50% is required to confirm all reservations. The advanced payment will be applied towards the room rent. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If a golf cart is rented directly through us, payment will due along with the advanced deposit.
Should a reservation be made less that 90 days prior to arrival full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
Arrival and access instructions are provided seven days before your stay. If you need early check-in or a late departure, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required. The security deposit is not applied towards rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided that all provisions outlined in the signed "Rules Contract" (item 7a, 7b, and 7c) are met.
